Kindom of the sun is a 1st person boss fight set in an aztec temple. Where you as a spanish inquisitor armed with a flintlock pistol and sword have to fight against the Quetzalcoatl a giant feathered flying serpent. As the fight progresses the player won't be able to damage the boss but rather has to use the bosses mechanics against him. Once in a while the boss will do a special attack letting him dissapear from the circle he was and appear in from one of the 4 doors of the room, making him fly through the room and dissapear in the door on the other side. While this happens the player can shoot down 1 of the 4 rocks hanging from the ceiling by shooting the chains from whith they hang. Damaging the Quetzalcoatl as he is flying into them. Following the classic 3 hits to defeat the boss.
Being the scrum master and lead developer for this project i learned a lot about the right scope for a project and the importance of great comunication between the developers and the artists and making sure everybody had the same product in mind.
